I have over fifteen years restaurant management experience and twenty plus years experience in the food service industry. My management style is interactive. I believe a good manager must interact with the guests as well as employees, to be in the middle of it all. A solid knowledge and use of all the tools at their disposal, whether it is an old ice machine or reports from the point of sale system, a good manager will be able to cull the most use out of all the available resources. Employees are the most important tool of any business and training and reinforcement have always been a part of my philosophy.
