Re-designed the Loan Review Report in Microsoft Publisher to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Developed portfolio analytics derived from DiCom’s CQS software program to enhance the quality of reporting in the Colorado Regional Review, Shared National Credit Review, Loan Officer Review, Leverage Lending Review, and Energy Review.

Analyzed risk within the assigned portfolio comprising of 78 state-chartered banks in Kansas. Revised internal quarterly updates on problem banks, reporting to the Bank Commissioner, Director of Examination, and the Kansas Banking Board. Approved final CAMELS ratings and revised final reports of examination to ensure quality reports were delivered in a timely manner. Centralized and standardized examiner spreadsheets within the banking department's software application to create consistency among the various regions throughout the state of Kansas. Revised and updated the Examiner-in-Charge and Operations Manuals to parallel current best practices and procedures, as Chair to the Examination Manual Committee.

Organized and led a team of examiners through the examination cycle. Analyzed and rated bank components in capital, asset quality, management, earnings, liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk. Determined compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations. Evaluated underwriting and credit administration practices within the loan portfolio.
