-Assistance with ADLs: bathing, toileting, eating, and drinking
-Obtainment of protocol vital signs for post operative patients and fall patients
-Calculating patient output and intake
-Documentation of ADLs and vital signs to medical chart
-Submitting routine orders to nutrition & dining department
