I then joined Russell Reynolds Associates, where I was a Managing Director of the Financial Officer Practice for six years. I also served as the Chief Corporate Financial Strategist and Chief Human Capital Officer at Cole Real Estate Investments and as a Partner at August Leadership. In addition, I am a Member of the Board of Directors at Red Bridges Advisors LLC, a boutique advisory firm that specializes in strategic, operational, and financial solutions for businesses.I am passionate about helping organizations find and retain the best financial talent, and empowering them to achieve their strategic goals and vision.
