A Resident Assistant (RA) is a Tech student who lives in the resident halls and assists his or her fellow students and the University in the many phases of the University's residence halls' operations. Resident Assistants work under the supervision of a hall director who is ultimately responsible for activities occurring in the residence halls. An RA must know each resident on his floor, display a professional and courteous manner, attend all scheduled meetings, know proper procedures related to the operation of the residence hall, work specific duty night and office hours, know all emergency procedures related to working in the residence halls, and check all room keys in person for the hall in which you reside and work.

The Retail Sales Associate/Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional customer service experience. The associate must quickly build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services) to meet the customer's needs.The associate in this role demonstrates a passion for the brand, product and services solutions knowledge. He/she will utilize Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers. The associate must quickly develop product and solution expertise in key areas such as technology, furniture, with a general understanding of copy and print.
