As Director of Product, NFTs, I drove the conception and successful on-time launch of [ Ledger ] Market: the most secure platform for artists and brands to release their NFTs. [ L ] Market set the record for the highest single-day revenue in the company's history. Under my guidance, we established a new industry benchmark by selling the most physical items as NFTs; I defined the smart contract requirements and conceptualized the redemption service that integrated with our in-house e-commerce system.I had the privilege of leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers and a Product Designer. Together, we championed various products:- A Metadata Indexer and API that boasted superior error rates and response times compared to outsourced alternatives- A unique service facilitating the secure claiming of NFTs within Ledger Live using QR codes- The first-ever NFT minting experience featuring clear signing, reinforcing Ledger's position as the security experts in crypto- An improved NFT Gallery within Ledger Live's mobile application

Saatchi Art is the world's leading online art gallery with 1M+ artworks for sale from working living artists in over 100 countries. Artworks are sold and shipped to collectors from over 80 countries.As senior product manager, I owned the product roadmap and was responsible for continually increasing conversion rates and organic traffic. Over the course of my tenure, conversion rates more than doubled and organic traffic nearly tripled. I also led the redesign of our product catalog in conjunction with the director of engineering, which resulted in 100% reduction in average time to complete development and freed up 20% of engineering time previously dedicated to maintenance.I launched innovative features such as view-in-a-room with augmented reality and visual search functionality leveraging artificial intelligence. Both significantly contributed to the increase in conversion rates.

Topspin Media was a venture backed direct-to-fan software platform that enabled musicians and filmmakers to market and sell directly to their fans.As Product Manager for Partner Integrations, I led the integration of our ArtistLink platform with Spotify and BeatsMusic. I managed to launch the program ahead of schedule and under budget. Thousands of artists were able to promote their merchandise and ticket sales on their streaming platform profiles in the first few weeks.

As Director of Creative Services, I produced campaigns for the likes of Paul McCartney, Linkin Park and Lady Gaga. I also co-founded Topspin Labs, a new software that revolutionized the way campaigns were delivered through our platform. In its first year, over $1 million in revenue was directly attributed to Topspin Labs.
