CurrentKey Functions: General Manager• To provide exceptional service to all “customers”.• To be thoroughly familiar with management & technical service agreements with UNSW Global Pty Ltd and to manage the property as per agreements.• To establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders, especially with UNSW Global Pty Ltd.• To manage and exceed the property’s financial performance as outlined in the “Financial Model”.• To… Show more Key Functions: General Manager• To provide exceptional service to all “customers”.• To be thoroughly familiar with management & technical service agreements with UNSW Global Pty Ltd and to manage the property as per agreements.• To establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders, especially with UNSW Global Pty Ltd.• To manage and exceed the property’s financial performance as outlined in the “Financial Model”.• To maximize the financial return to UNSW Global Pty Ltd. • To maximize the financial return to UniLodge.• To maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional management company.• To pro-actively maintain the building’s fit-out and the standard of its equipment.• To develop a team of high performing staff. • To manage the facility on behalf of UNSW Global in accordance with “The Management and Technical Services Agreement” between UniLodge Australia and UNSW Global. • Develop, implement, foster, and manage student activity programs to create a brand differentiating “Community Spirit Programme (CSP)” within the building.• Manage, develop and train Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Coordinators and Residential Advisors. • Achieve high rankings in the Student Survey in line with agreed the UniLodge targets.• Establishment relationships with UNSW Student Support, Health, Counselling and recreational services so as to provide residents with information and/or referral. • Establish and maintain constructive and effective relationships with the UNSW Foundation year admissions and Accommodation Offices, UNSW Student Accommodation Services, relevant staff in University departments and study groups, Education Agents and other representatives of organisations involved with student accommodation.
