Christopher is an extremely knowledgeable and savvy business professional with an extensive background in information technology, business consulting; and real estate sales, marketing, and property management. His professional career began more than 30 years ago helping run his father's business managing a large warehouse filled with consumer goods with a very active cross-dock. Upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in computer science in 1997, Christopher went to work as an Information Technology Consultant at a number of well-known companies including Empire BlueCross/BlueShield, MicroAge, Mobius Management Systems, Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Scientific American, PR Newswire, and Interval International. In early 2002, Christopher was offered a position as Senior Technical Officer at JPMorgan Chase Bank reporting to the VP of Webhosting where he managed the Level 2, the Level 3 server and data center support staff toward remediating, standardizing, optimizing, and consolidating a 5000 server environment. One year later, International Business Machines (IBM) signed an agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, and the Information Technology Departments at large were outsourced to IBM. At IBM, Christopher continued to work at JPMC until December of 2003 when he was transferred to IBM@American Express, where he initially served as the Disaster Recovery Team Leader, Senior Systems Administrator, and SAN Engineer but was quickly promoted in early 2004 to Sr. Technology Solutions Architect.As a Senior Architect, he led more than a dozen teams on over 200 projects ($1M to $100M) during his tenure designing and costing global banking & transaction systems, and advising senior executives at American Express in technology road mapping which served to 1) aid them in understanding what capabilities and capacities are forthcoming and, 2) being able to budget properly for these future expansions of their technology footprint and labor force.In late 2011, he resigned from IBM to pursue a career in real estate. During his career in real estate, Christopher formed two real estate brokerages through which he sold & leased both residential and commercial real estate, served as a property manager to many of his customers, performed & sold assemblages for developers, & executed every aspect of Web/CRM system design, branding, & digital marketing the profession is known for.In 2023, he joined PREMIERE Group at EXP Realty, which was the #1 MEGA ICON Team in the world; now a Pro Team at Real Broker LLC as of January 2024.
