Chris lead the company’s strategic vision and built relationships with IT partners and investors in Canada and abroad. Chris's years experience in managing strategy and risk in global IT firms built a firm business base that led to the sale of ClinicServer to Biosign Technologies in March of 2014. Being a consummate customer advocate and innovator Chris continued with Biosign after the sale to develop expansion strategies and key partnerships with industry leading technologies for the Biosign executive team so as to take advantage of ripe market opportunities.

The Global Escalation Management position provided mediation and crisis management to facilitate mitigation to highly volatile/unstable multi-million dollar product installations. Primary focus was to work with both Genesys and Customer “C” level management to ensure that primary issues are identified and that a clear mitigation strategy is in place with measurable milestones. Secondary focus was to identify and secure Global resources from Support, Engineering and Development to execute on mitigation plans and also prioritize and manage activities. Third focus was to ensure that all sales channels are aware of current issues and progress as it relates to any opportunities that may be in the making. The Business Process Optimization concentrates on reviewing all business process related to Genesys service deliveries and providing recommendations on methodologies and strategies for change management to executive level teams.

Creation of a cooperative of industry professionals providing globalization services and business process for both providers and consumers of language services. The core focus for Transetix GSI was in the research & development of new language technologies and the integration of off the self technologies to create solutions that facilitate global business. Transetix GSI worked with Enterprises and Language Service Professionals to create infrastructure and methodology for expanding products and scaling global services.

Reported directly to the CEO and board of directors after the merger of ARVISE technologies and BabelFish in May 2003. Responsibility for three divisions: Localization, Translation and R & D. Mandate included the optimization of the three organizations in terms of headcount, operations expenses and profitability. Achievements included the transition from an R&D project to a commercial application of the Babel-Track technology. Divisional reorg and operational rationalization. Development and implementation of a third tier project management module for large enterprise clients. Update of network technologies for business process optimization.

Arvise technologies merged with The Babel Fish Corporation in May 2003.

Research and design of translation processes and technology tools integration. Testing of resulting process and tools in foreign countries for integrity. Forming and leading teams in Japan, China, and Brazil in implementing infrastructure and creation of quality assessment methodologies for translated output. Data gathering to create and support a core infrastructure for computer-assisted translation of product support documentation & training material from English to multiple target languages. The result provided lower cost, higher quality and lowered time to market (PATENT Application) for Nortel products.
