CurrentResponsible for the growth of store profit margins by increasing sales, improving customer service, and maintaining operational expense budgets.* Analyze forecasts, daily sales reports and monthly food cost and payroll reports to ensure monthly profit goals are met. * Performing various machining and repair operations, using hand tools, specialized tools, equipment, and fixtures. * Work from product guides and company specifications to develop new recipes and menu items.* Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant, kitchen and surrounding areas.* Coach, guide, and train other team members and function in a team-based environment.*Comply with Health, Safety and Security regulations and policies. * Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of restaurant.* Three or more years of high volume ($1 million annual or more) sales totals.* Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards. * Contribute to the management of marketing, sales and promotions to effectively grow revenue and customer loyalty.* Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
