As the Evening Maintenance Manager (EMM) I supervise the building maintenance needs of the hotel and as well as the guest's needs during the busy occupied hours of the day. I manage the Service contracts, vendors and scheduling of needed services or repairs. I am the first line phone call for shift coverage or building issues. This includes any HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, pool, hottub, sauna, steam room, grounds, vehicle, AV, and all other issues the building has.
