I'm fortunate to have over two decades of high-level executive sales experience within the medical device industry, currently with a strong emphasis on leading cross-functional business strategy, market development and conditioning for new technology entrances, innovative contracting design, and strategic account management engagements that produce definitive results. Presently, I serve as the Senior Director for the Enterprise Accounts team at Medtronic, where I help develop corporate strategy for three major Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and two GPOs across the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West Region, representing the Cardiovascular and Neuroscience portfolios that comprise 12 of the 17 Operating Units of the full Enterprise for Medtronic. I've also had recent experience in the same capacity with two notable Academic centers in the same geography. My focus is to build trust, incubate creative approaches, foster bi-directional collaboration amongst both customer administration and internal divisional leadership teams to develop shared success. It is my passion to leverage our organization's extensive technologies and solutions to help hospital systems improve outcomes, overcome barriers to care delivery, and ultimately improve health in the communities that I'm so very fortunate to work in. Over the years, I've worked with a variety of stakeholders for guidance on product launches, finance strategies and customer engagement theories. My passion is for population health and advancing healthcare in complex disease management, improving health disparities and creating differentiated business models that improve care with some of the most complex at-risk populations.
