• As Director of Integrated Marketing, Was the first regional consultant for AEGON in Asia to serve as digital and offline marketing director overseeing three regional activities: 1) integrated marketing programs, 2) consumer research, and 3) e-commerce initiatives. Specific market assignments included being the architect of the Futuready (www.futuready.com) loyalty program in Indonesia, and helping with sponsored marketing initiatives in Japan, China, Australia, Hong Kong and Indonesia. • Member of the global technology distribution committee to provide strategic counsel on all new e-business initiatives. Spent time crafting the business cases for new business in Netherlands and Scotland.• Integrated marketing itself includes proprietary and partners’ consumer financial services products throughout APAC, and the strategic scope includes marketing and sales channel distribution assessment and branding/audience research planning. The marketing scope includes oversight of campaign analytics, above-the-line/integrated advertising, social media programs, CRM, mobile, database and search engine marketing. Research encompasses both qualitative and quantitative aspects of consumer research and oversight of research agency results. E-commerce initiatives include e-business online sales through either direct-to-consumer channels as well as affinity/sponsored marketing relationships.
