Launched worldwide from Zimbabwe, E-Livestock Global, is a healthy livestock traceability social enterprise, focused on digital and financial inclusion for smallholder farmers. Officially launched in 2021, it has received global press coverage including The Economist and televised. Further, it won Best Blockchain Solution in Africa (Digital Banker Africa) that same year. Chris Light is well known in the Technology, Entrepreneurial, Blockchain, and Global Development communities. He has undertaken Technology activities worldwide, including as an Information Technology Advisor for the U.S. Presidential Initiative to End Hunger in Africa.
