Dr Christopher Liu is a Anesthesiologist and Pain Physician based in Singapore with more than a decade of experience. He is currently in private practice where he provides both Anesthesia and Pain Services. He is the medical director for Alleviate Pain Clinic in Singapore and sees patients with Musculoskeletal Pain, Headaches, Facial Pain and Cancer Pain. Prior to private practice, he was a Senior Consultant at the Department of Pain Medicine / Division of Anesthesiology in Singapore General Hospital. During his time, he was also Director of the Acute Pain Service, Division lead for Value Based Healthcare, member of the SGH Medical Board, Asst Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Senior Lecturer at NUS and NTU Medical Schools.He is an active member of the American Society for Regional Anesthesia & Pain, American Interventional Headache Society and the Pain Association of Singapore. He is also the Pain Section Editor for the British Journal of Anaesthesia Education, a journal of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in the UK.
