I have substantial experience in predesign, building design, construction and site development activities. My experience encompasses a diverse range of projects including: single and multifamily residential, senior housing, assisted living, retail, industrial/manufacturing, professional/office uses, property restoration and hospitality. I have managed numerous project teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and profitability. I have been involved in implementing Green/Sustainable building and construction techniques.I am an NCARB certified Architect and currently hold licenses in Illinois, Florida, Utah and Wisconsin.
