I served as a partner in the litigation departments at national/international law firms. I am now using that experience and training to represent clients at Walters Law Group. I represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants, in state and federal courts. I have also successfully represented clients in resolving disputes prior to filing litigation which often obtains the desired result while minimizing legal fees.I am experienced in all phases of civil litigation: counseling with clients to discuss options (including pre-litigation resolution, filing complaint, venue); preparation of complaint, answer & all other pleadings; discovery, including depositions, e-discovery & preparation of document database; mediation & jury trial.I advise and represent employers in all aspects of employment law: termination agreements & negotiation of severance packages (including stock options); counseling on wage & hour, other regulatory/statutory issues; preparation of employment documents, including handbooks, employment agreements; representation of employers in pre-litigation disputes with departing employees, including protection of trade secrets/confidential information; litigation of all employment issues including sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unfair competition, wrongful termination.
