Helped Lattice Engines scale their software development team to support expansion into new markets. Created and executed a hiring plan to double the engineering team from 7 to 15 engineers. Worked directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables that met a careful balance of business priorities. Hired and managed a team of software engineers to address monitoring, configuration, systems integration, and other platform issues. Returned to e-Dialog to help them scale international operations by establishing a data and technical services organization in their London office.
