I lead a small team of Business Analysts both locally and remotely. The team supports our JDE 9.2 ERP system, and is responsible for understanding and meeting user requirements including implementations at new sites, configuration, customization, and upgrading JDE. We provide support and advice on improving current and adding new functionality in the system, as well as expertise to assist with business process changes.

Responsible for maintaining and improving the Agile PLM system at Christie Digital Systems, including extending the use of Agile through the organization.

Solely responsible for IT related activities (software, hardware, network, telephone, wireless) for AC Precision Components Cambridge and AC Omex (in Stratford). This specifically includes training users, report creation and interpretation, maintaining the manufacturing software (Production Edge and Plexus Online), and working with customers to ensure that their requirements are being met by the company.• Managed implementation of new ERP system (Plex Online), including performing BoM design, creating shop floor processes, user training, Barcode/EDI Setup, security setup, and data analysis• Designed network/phone system and oversaw build during move to green-site facility• Continued responsibilities from EDI Analyst position below and added all other IT duties, including wireless account administration, and phone system, computer hardware, and network maintenance• Migrated users and computers to new domain including setting up shares and resolving user issues• Transitioned infrastructure to new corporation, including software license transfers, implementation of Blackberry Enterprise Server and ArcServe backups, changes to reports, bar code labels, and web site registrations to reflect new corporate information
