I am part of a team that ensures Ann Arbor's drinking water is safe for consumption and the treated wastewater is safe to return to the environment by sampling and testing the various stages of water treatment for regulatory compliance and process control.

The Chelsea Alehouse Brewery was my first major entrepreneurial venture. I successfully raised the capital to open the business by attracting private investment and securing bank loans. I managed every aspect of the business from brewing beer to hiring employees.

Infinite CAL is an ISO 17025 certified testing laboratory that specialize in compliance testing of Cannabis in Michigan and California. As a Wet Lab Supervisor, my primary role is open the lab each day and ensure the Lab Techs are on track for a successful day for sample preparation. Additional laboratory duties include startup and QC initiation for the ThermoFisher Vanquish HPLC analyzers as well as other initial daily checks on other analytical equipment (GC-MS, LC-MS), ensuring SOP's are updated, and working with other supervisors and managers to ensure workflow is completed efficiently and accurately.

Infinite CAL is an ISO 17025 certified testing laboratory that specialize in compliance testing of Cannabis in the state of Michigan. As a Lab Tech, my primary role is to accurately intake and process various sample matrices for analytical testing. Additional laboratory duties include calibration of balances and other other equipment, following and updating lab SOP's and working in a team-based environment to ensure accurate and timely sample analysis for our clients.

After demonstrating an inclination and desire to develop and manage a new QC department within the the EIA department, the VP of Biochemistry agreed that it would benefit the company overall. Responsibilities include: Reviewing and revising current QC protocols, developing new protocols, preform QC testing, Improving inter-department relations with Inventory, Tech Info and Tech Service, and supervising one full-time employee.

Responsible for the development and validation of new immunoassays in various formats including EIA and FPIA. I've also taken on lab coordination responsibilities outside of my lab work including implementing lab meetings and administering the SharePoint site for the various groups within the EIA department. I'm also part or the group that edits the biochemistry department technical documents.

I Processed hundreds of clinical samples daily using automated immunometric analyzers, entered and verified all test results. I also maintained and calibrated the analytical instruments as well as our water purification system.

I produced components for 96 well format enzymatic immunoassay (EIA) kits for both competitive and immunometric assays.
