On Broadway, Inc. (OBI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of the Broadway District located on the west side of downtown Green Bay. The Director is the central coordinator of the revitalization activities. The Director oversees daily operations, providing the hands-on involvement critical to a successful program. Additionally, the position is communication link between the Board of Directors, committee members, city officials and district businesses, ensuring activities and projects are synchronized, including the master development of Larsen Green, a 22 acre redevelopment effort.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Elliot Park Neighborhood Inc. (ENPI) is one of the oldest neighborhood organizations in the City of Minneapolis. Evoloving to the point of a self-sufficient Non-Profit entity, the organization acts as a facilitator of public forums discussing various neighborhood and city business, and is a conduit between residents and the Minneapolis city government. EPNI exists to promote, protect, and enhance the historic Elliot Park Neighborhood.

Evolved from a general intern into a designer and job captain for KKE directing principals and the KKE Commercial Development team. Responsibilities included front-end design, planning, and marketing of projects and guiding clients through the entitlements process on commercial retail development efforts. Business development was also stressed in the areas of commercial mixed-use projects and restaurant/entertainment development. Notable project experience include the Mall of America expansion effort, a Whole Foods Renovation at Calhoun Commons, "The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes" lifestyle center and "The Fountains at Arbor Lakes" shopping center in Maple Grove, Mn.
