Ended up in Rancho Bernardo (North San Diego) where the respected professionals and professional athletes resided; again exposure to success. The Northern District Manager requested that I become a Manager; which I respectfully declined.Customers would love my hospitality and empathy to where they had requests that I deliver their order, regardless of extra waiting time.

This was in home care facility; focused on nursing. My education got me working with the “Behavior House” where a lot of behavioral outbursts were daily. I utilized my rewording phrases to help some of the higher functioning clients with their comprehension. I would acknowledge other clients with praise and increase their positive behaviors.

Along with filing paper and reorganizing folders, running errands, writing reports, running transactions with clients whilst maintaining them to stay, I was lucky enough to have an internship where I can sit in on some sessions (with consent). This broadened my awareness of what to expect when I am ready for my own practice/business.

Inbound calls with knowledge of product and personalization for special occasions. It involved listening and help accordingly and offering more to strengthen the gift. (ex. Not typical but sentimental)I did so well that I received several “Kudos” and got promoted to Email Agents then PE/DFAThis was outbound calls to accounts that were in “Error mode” because of an error with the credit card number or not enough funds in the bank etc. This was tricky because due to the nature of the business (personalized gifts), more calls than others, we had to make absolute certainty that you have the exact person on file, not their spouse.

This was similar to parenting, but enhanced. It enveloped reporting what goes in and what comes out of the body. I also got to teach toddlers and younglings basic sports and traditional child play. Ran some errands for the Director and had excellent rapport with the parents.
