As a member of the Middle Office Closings Team, I am responsible for the facilitation of retirement, investment and trust accounts transferring from SEI's care to that of another firm, to the end client or to their beneficiaries. I analyze a multitude of account types and methods of closing to satisfy the desire of the client. I have learned many of the legal and industry standards that go along with working on these types of accounts to prevent fraud, and other mistakes.

I was employed by Solomon Edwards as a contractor to SEI Investments, learning and excelling in my role to the point I would be selected to continue to work for SEI full time.

Working during the summers I mainly assisted the daily flow of business through the store. I help the customers to make sure their experience is the best possible. My main role as an Assistant Manager is the Support Staff Team Leader. I was in charge of making sure that the other employees were completing their nightly and weekly tasks. I have worked here for the summers of 2016 and 2017.

My main role here was assisting the owner of the business to complete any job or order to the customers satisfaction. Working in the summers my role Included the management of billable hours, budgeting and calculation estimates on the costs of our services. As well as the actual labor in finishing the job whether it be building, painting, renovating or repairing.

As a manager at this small business I was the key innovator of the most profitable segments of the business which was the late night shift. This shift often doubled the revenue that came in on the days in which it was scheduled. On top of this I was also in charge of running the business' Social Media pages trying to reach out to as many potential customers as possible. I also was in charge of marketing and creating special deals and offers to the customer base that would most benefit the business.

I have worked here during the summers from 2013-2018. I am responsible of moving equipment to and from the work site. Also for removing any trash or debris from the site. Other responsibilities include painting, sanding and other activities to assist Brian, the head contractor.
