I was brought into Ardmore to support their Digital teams development, and commercial delivery of the web design, hosting and digital support teams. I drove the digital projects, digital tenders and services that the agency puts out - by ensuring great quality implementations on various high level campaigns and products, which not only meet the client’s business objectives but also drive retained user engagement. Working alongside agency’s board across all accounts I am was also responsible for building senior client relationships through actively sharing knowledge and expertise on digital platforms, content, social, search and mobile. Focusing on strong strategic point from combined brand and digital space perspective, as well as leading and mentoring staff on creative problem solving and facilitating collaboration on campaign ideas and how these could maximise ROI.While in Ardmore, I worked on multiple projects concurrently, each with its own designer, developer and media, account manager and content creator.

A dedicated Digital Marketing agency which provided SME's and government agencies with Website Development, UX Design, Social, Advertising and hosting services including analytical data to drive business to our clients businesses online and offline.At Big Pixel my primary role was in all of our business development and strategy planning. The business was eventually sold and by the end I had acquired clients in America, Asia, Europe as well as locally in the UK & Ireland. I started the firm as a part time job and moved it into a successful business. Being my own boss my skillsets expanded on from being the decision maker for all areas of the business, to hiring staff, managing teams, delivering projects in time, under budget and meeting tight deadlines to ever increasing larger and bigger brands and projects to completing tenders, my role and experience gained here was very extensive.Daily duties throughout my years included management of my companies direction,growth, monthly sales forecasting and communicating with clients with ongoing projects and acquiring new talent too.Other duties included organising and tracking weekly team meetings, setting staff goals and targets to debt management, invoicing and general admin duties to running the business.A large part of my role here was to also promote the business and our services to international clients and attend world wide events to not only stay in touch with the latest software and technology, but to gain new work opportunities for the business and promote the brand.

I worked with the UK wide business market through the retail store of PC World. Here I developed my skills and quickly rose to being the branch manager for the NI business stores to overseeing all of Northern Ireland.In this role I managed the profitability of each branch, staff members and worked directly with the UK Sales Director for PC World Business.This post was pivotal in developing my skills in developing B2B relationships. However, it eventually give me the confidence to work for myself and learn from a nationwide company how to run a business and manage a team and make a business profitable.

Phones4u taught me a considerable amount about the retail industry at the height of the mobile phone market before the boom of new technologies like Apple’s iPhone.I had daily, weekly and monthly targets to reach - which I achieved achieving the longest top sales for 5 months running throughout the UK wide group.I developed relationships with my customers to achieve a high volume in sales through friends and family which my competition within the company did not achieve.
