• Ensured near real-time feature concurrency through consumption of a Kenesis stream coupled with fault handling and data processing. Deployed service to AWS for availability and scalability.
• Improved our team’s operational health by working through our backlog of bugs and continuing to ensure our 99% retention rate.

• With my team lead I helped build a global help-center to aid in the training of volunteers. The application simplified on-boarding significantly by gathering documents in a central repository.
• Reduced organization-wide input time needed by volunteers by ~1000 hours a month by creating a scheduling application that removed the need for manually recording and transferring info.
• Selected and implemented a testing framework to ensure high code quality across our codebase.

• Ensured satisfaction and retention of customers by building data connectors to their custom specifications, enabling them to import data for analysis within the Domo platform.
