Big Dog Ranch Rescue is the largest no-kill cage-free dog rescue in the nation. Big Dog Ranch Rescue is committed to saving last-day dogs who otherwise would be euthanized due to lack of space in shelters. At our new 33 acre campus, we provide relief for dogs who need us the most, dogs that are typically overlooked by shelters due to the high expense of their care, this includes those surrendered by their owners, seniors, pregnant moms, abandoned, and those injured and needing extensive care.

Improved effective prospect assignments through electronic wealth screening, relationship mapping and flash screening.● Success in identifying, developing and retaining team members through functional training, meaningful assignments and cross-functional projects. Oversaw fiscal and operational integration of individual foundations through establishment of cohesive policies and procedures.● Marketed and administered complex charitable Life Income Plans including: unitrusts, annuity trusts, gift annuities and other gift vehicles to affluent donors and prospective donors.● In collaboration with Chief Development Officer, created and developed the “Founders Society”, a source of primarily unrestricted revenues. Produced all related collateral materials, developed internal processes and hired and supervised care coordination staff.● Transformed “Center for Excellence in Nursing” fundraising program from a single hospital to a system-wide initiative and secured the first $1M donor for the program.● Created Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute Foundation Board Committee. In October 2001, due to its success it became the newly structured MCVI Foundation Board and the principal liaison was promoted to Chief Development Officer. ● Managed comprehensive direct marketing program for all Baptist Health Systems’ hospitals.● Directed Foundation’s software specification and staff education, served as entity liaison with IT department, and championed Y2K compliance. Migrated database to Raiser’s Edge in Windows.
