Director Of Sales
Current- Consistently grows the business in my region by 13+% year-over-year by retaining 73+% of repeat customers and acquiring 25+% new business every year, all while remaining under-budget by at least $20 per customer
- Maintains a regional customer NPS of 51+ (with more than 60% of customers as promoters) by coaching to and providing a beautiful customer experience from point of sale
- Manages to and coaches on sales pipeline and movement, strategic business opportunities, team and company KPIs, and professional development opportunities through weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and/or two-on-ones
- Leverages past and present stats and anecdotal market data in order to make informed business decisions and to identify sales opportunities and threats to keep the team at or ahead of our sales goals
- Collaborates with a team of 13 salespeople - in-office and remote - to create a highly-driven, goal-hitting, and psychologically safe team culture, resulting in the consistent average team tenure being 3+ years
- Creates, leans into, and coaches to shared leadership opportunities on my team, resulting in six promotions and/or exclusive leadership opportunities for salespeople in the past year alone (from January 2024 to present)
