As an Associate Project Engineer with Performance Contracting Inc. (PCI) my responsibilities included serving as an integral part of a project throughout its duration - from pre-construction through design development, onsite management, and final close-out documentation. This included:- performing all sizes of quantity take-offs, both by hand and onscreen- pricing, laboring, writing, and submitting proposals to secure contracts - creating, submitting, and processing submittals for approval- writing and processing purchase orders- maintaining meticulous Quality Control- pricing, submitting and negotiating change orders- tracking and projecting job site labor and productivity- maintaining project schedules and adapting to scheduling impacts- and, most importantly, helping maintain long-term customer and vendor relations

Christopher assisted the lead architect in conceptual design through construction documentation of a light commercial office building in North Hollywood, CA as part of work/study program in Los Angeles. He developed multiple conceptual building schemes allowing for maximum leasable space and parking on a tight site while creating analog conceptual and presentation models of schemes. Additionally, he coordinated and created drawings for floorplans, details, site plan, and sections and created a digital Rhino model and presentation materials for client meetings and presentations.

In his initial internship, Chris assisted multiple project teams working on high-end, large-scale luxury resorts and hotels. He developed and created design drawings and booklets for schematic design of projects for client meetings and presentations using Adobe Indesign and Photoshop and assisted in the creation of digital Rhino and Revit models as well as video project presentations.
