My last position was working for one of the leading banks in the UK specifically in the Enterprise Monitoring and Alerting - Network Tapping team as a Technical Specialist focussing on the Network Interception tooling and Real User Monitoring for Business Applications. The toolsets are primarily DCRum, HP BSM, Netscout vBrokers and Bluecoat/Symantec vInspectors but a good understanding of UNIX and Windows is vital.
