Responsible for overseeing the daily production, operations, training, and staffing of 30 person retail mortgage banking branch. Daily tasks include but not are limited to: successful execution and management of multi-million dollar branch revenue and profit planning goals, operations management, lead source management and distribution, residential loan structuring and underwriting, branch pipeline management, sales coaching, product and underwriting training, human resource management and employee recruiting. Underwriting tasks include the analysis of all personal and business financial documents, credit risk, evaluation of assets and collateral. Recruited, trained and mentored each member of the branch staff in all facets of sales, underwriting and operations.

Facilitated participants’ learning, ensuring desired performance outcomes are achieved, and evaluating the overall learning experience. Effectively prepared the participant to transfer the acquired knowledge back to their specific job function. Additional responsibilities included the development and coordination of various sales, operations, and technical training initiatives from building and designing curriculum, coaching and developing employees, managing various regional projects and managing employees during training.
