Aligning to FLIGHTDECK fundamentals, HK1. • Completed an intensive overhaul of entire RPCA make/buy product catalog, for all engine families. - Visualization of RPCAT to help inform GTM strategy. - Comprehensive research of 1,000+ individual RPCA parts, ensuring completeness of data.- Referenced internal engineering drawings, various engineering systems. - Prepared data for visualization, using Microsoft Power BI, Tibco Spotfire, Excel. • Assisted in managing all RPCA Farmout readiness actions, alongside senior manufacturing engineer. - Oversaw all RPCA farmout transitions, with assistance and guidance from senior leadership. - Assessed FO supplier capacity/capability, assisted in initiating SPS requests as needed. - Interfaced with external vendors, acting as a key contact point for RPCA/GE.- Worked cross-functionally with various sites and teams. • Assisted onboarding key RPCA sites with readiness monitoring tools, supporting FLIGHTDECK fundamentals. • Worked cross-functionally with key internal RPCA sites, assisting with onboarding new capacity monitoring tools. - Integrating IPH/LRF forecasts, to assess shop capacity and retroactively solve issues in the future, pertaining to capacity. - Data entry, identifying key issues, technical support of the tool.• Worked in conjunction with sourcing, in creating a source transition tracking system, with APQP standardization. - Created framework to manage all RPCA transitions, through all steps of transitional processes.
