Worked within and, at times, lead the Print Quality team to resolve post-order issues Minted customers would encounter during the company's busy Holiday Season. This included taking direct-calls from customers who have found fault in their Minted product; consulting and addressing their needs over the phone or via email; executing or delegating the necessary fixes to ensure a perfectly printed end-result; finally, following up with customers to ensure on-time delivery and any additional questions or concerns they may have until each case is settled.As the team expanded, I trained dozens of new Print Quality team members in order to quickly acclimate them to our standards and practices for photo-editing and customer engagement.
