• Design and art direction for landsend.com content, e-mail marketing campaigns for product offerings, branded lifecycle, transactional and triggered email programs, affiliate and behavioral advertising, seo landing pages, product and branded landing pages, micro-sites, social media.• Layout design for print catalog, Men’s Outerwear category.• Concepts and brand positioning for men’s product categories on seasonal basis.• Art direct location, studio photography and video for Men’s apparel division on as-needed basis.• Manage small team of designers; recruit and mentor one to two interns each year.• Provide input on digital style guides for email marketing and site content.• Provide feedback and recommendations to UI team on landsend.com and PDP enhancements.
