● Provide exemplary Protocol guidance and personal attention for over 200+ ceremonies, events, and presentations for distinguished visitors to earn 80+ commendations from leadership for initiative and drive.● Spearhead Protocol event planning for 100s of site selection, event set-up and design, on-site administration, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events for Missile Defense Agency personnel.● Effectively compiles and submit lists of verified personnel and distinguished… Show more ● Provide exemplary Protocol guidance and personal attention for over 200+ ceremonies, events, and presentations for distinguished visitors to earn 80+ commendations from leadership for initiative and drive.● Spearhead Protocol event planning for 100s of site selection, event set-up and design, on-site administration, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events for Missile Defense Agency personnel.● Effectively compiles and submit lists of verified personnel and distinguished visitor for scheduling, coordination, and logistics support in cooperation with Department of State offices, Embassies, and Ministries of Defense offices to minimize the need for manual access requests by 100% of regular visitors.● Exceptionally support events by drafting and reviewing event books in collaboration with the Command group, Management Board, and Program Directors to improve event execution and reduce mishaps by 100%.● Coordinate with local security activities to arranging base access and restricted area badges for visitors. Oversee registration for multiple conferences with large numbers of attendees, operate audio and video systems in several conference rooms, provide video teleconferencing, and may be required to drive Distinguished Visitors in and out of restricted areas and the local community.● Responsible for scheduling venues, conference rooms, and auditoriums for Agency events using computer-based systems.● Receives and prioritizes customer requests, matches them against available resources and schedules, and notifies customers of requirements and availability.● Schedules/participates in planning meetings and provides input to protocol products, including briefings, scripts, invitations, and other written communication forms.● Prepare and review written material using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., diagrams of event venues, event scripts, invitations, announcements, flyers, seating charts, agendas, parking plans, and guest lists).
