I led a multi-stakeholder initiative that assessed 40+ poverty reduction initiatives to identify their potential to deliver impact at scale. I worked to conceptualize and develop an action research study aimed at understanding to what extent increased women’s participation at sub-national government levels promotes women’s empowerment and contributes to the well-being of people living in poverty.

I provided strategic support and analysis of core program issues to shiree/EEP senior management. This included assisting in the management of 18 NGOs, delivering sustainable and improved livelihood program to over 95,000 extreme poor households, and launching a $5m grant scheme to support innovative ideas to graduate extreme poor groups from poverty.

I worked closely with the Research and Evaluation Division (RED) on the analysis and reporting of the survey of the Challenging the Frontiers of Poverty Reduction (CFPR): Targeted Ultra Poor Program.
