I established Oxford Policy Management's office in Washington DC, developing a US-specific market engagement strategy and leading a team of technical advisors, business development specialists, and project managers to bid for and deliver a portfolio of multi-year multi-million dollar projects funded by USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

I was responsible for the operational delivery of OPMs activities across their thirteen International Offices in Africa and Asia. This included the management of various cross-functional teams, business development initiatives, and project activities for a number of donors. In addition, as a member of OPMs Executive Management Team, I was responsible in part for the development and delivery of the overall company strategy and annual operational plans.

As part of the South Asia practice, I was responsible for project management and business development activities in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Specific projects I led included, the Nepal Market Development Program (NMDP), and the Macro-Economic for FCDO Nepal, and the Economic Dialogue on Green Growth for FCDO Bangladesh.

I worked under the Country Director to develop and lead scoping studies for potential areas of future support under their country program, including in the areas of peri-urban agriculture, and sericulture.

I designed, led, and managed four project evaluations/learning assessments on savings-led micro finance initiatives managed by Oxfam and Save the Children.

I led a team of international and national consultants to conduct a multi-stakeholder study to inform the Government of Cambodia on the construction of an integrated social protection scheme, with specific consideration towards children and youth, and made recommendations as to how the development partners could support this scheme.

I led a team to conduct a final review of HKI's Food Facility Project funded by the European Union, assessing the projects achievement against its stated objectives, and the wider management and implementation of the initiative.

I led a multi-stakeholder initiative that assessed 40+ poverty reduction initiatives to identify their potential to deliver impact at scale. The intended outcome was for successful ‘model’ projects to be picked up and scaled through their incorporation within the Government of Cambodia’s National Social Protection Policy.

I worked to conceptualize and develop an action research study aimed at understanding to what extent increased women’s participation at sub-national government levels promotes women’s empowerment and contributes to the well-being of people living in poverty.

I provided strategic support and analysis of core program issues to shiree/EEP senior management. This included assisting in the management of 18 NGOs, delivering sustainable and improved livelihood program to over 95,000 extreme poor households, and launching a $5m grant scheme to support innovative ideas to graduate extreme poor groups from poverty.

I worked closely with the Research and Evaluation Division (RED) on the analysis and reporting of the survey of the Challenging the Frontiers of Poverty Reduction (CFPR): Targeted Ultra Poor Program. In addition, I supported BRAC International to develop country programs in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
