Working as a Tier 3 Escalation Engineer for SharePoint Online Dedicated Escalations (SPODESC) - Supporting the world's largest SharePoint installations. This post covers dealing with all types of third line escalations and product bugs for Microsoft’s hosted SharePoint Solutions (BPOS, BPOS-D and Office 365). Some responsibilities also include remediating service outages in a timely manner. Incident responses for SharePoint farms include network, hardware, OS, IIS, SQL, and all SharePoint components.
