I was brought on at E&M to oversee the care, prep and loading out of orders for drilling contractors and brokers in Horizontal Directional Drilling, Oil and Gas, and water well industries. Supervising the yard personnel and communicating with upper management and an in-house machine shop, I lead the team to timely fulfillment of orders from single subs to 30,000+ ft. strings of drillpipe, hevi-wate, and drill collars. Building strong relationships throughout all levels of the organization and private subcontractors has been the cornerstone to success in communicating information in an efficient and effective manner to team members involved in each particular order, leading to consistent customer satisfaction.
