Provide the overall IT strategy, expertise, and leadership on architecture for Mergers & Acquisitions/Divestitures to include IT Due Diligence, Integration or Carve Out Planning, and Post Merger Integration (PMI). Additionally, staff and support the IT Program Management Office (PMO), as well as the Command Center for Day 1 cutover management.As the lead IT Strategy Architect for Mergers and Acquisitions, I am responsible for developing the strategy for the IT transition between buyer and seller to support Day 1/Legal Entity Control change, and Day 2 Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) turndown, as well as definition of integration completeness. With a focus on understanding the target state architecture, I manage and coordinate the mapping of critical business processes/information flows, infrastructure, and network connectivity to applications and data for current and future states, and performing disposition analysis, to develop the optimum integration approach. Where required, ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements as they apply to the newly acquired business.I have performed these strategy services for cloud (SasS, IaaS, PaaS), on-premise, and data center based acquisitions and divestitures for distributed and mainframe based businesses.Utilizing Enterprise Architecture best practices and tools, I develop architectural views of the current and target state to provide a holistic view of the entire transaction, segmented by migration, integration, and testing, to provide a predictable mapping of the business to be integrated or carved out.

Responsible for technical sales enablement for the products that comprise the Oracle Enterprise 2.0 solution sets.Work closely with sales and sales consulting leadership to identify training needs and design courseware to achieve goals.Analyze and define skill sets required and develop guided learning paths and required training to meet proficiency objectives.Build and deliver training to meet business needs.Assist in the development of Oracle Pillar and Oracle Enterprise Architect certification programs for the Enterprise 2.0 technology sets.Lead the development of all Enterprise 2.0 XMonth courses and Delta Force sales campaign training programs.Board member for the Enterprise Solutions Group Partner Verification program.

Provide pre-sales technical support for the IntraNet Solutions, Inc. Intra.doc! family of products to the West Coast sales force for server-based content management solutions in a Web environment. Responsibilities include providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, answering technical questions pertaining to integration issues, performing product customization, and assisting in product deployment. Technical expertise with Microsoft NT Server 4.0, Microsoft IIS 4.0 and HTML.
