After two (and a bit) years at AAG and months of working hard to achieve some of my R0 exams, working towards my Diploma, I moved teams to become an Associate Wealth Manager.This meant working closely with already qualified financial advisors to provide clients with a top quality service all whilst learning the ropes of being an advisor & building my.

After AAG refreshing their brand image, I was given the responsibility of being AAG’s ‘Brand Guardian’. This made me responsible for AAG’s brand image as a whole which includes: checking all documents before they’re sent to ensure they are ‘in brand’, creating larger scale documents such as brochures, creating animated videos to use as marketing tools &.

Almost a year into freelancing, I decided it was time for me to move on & get some qualifications whilst maintaining in the marketing industry.I joined an apprenticeship scheme with AAG Wealth Management as a Marketing Associate. My day-to-day role entails sending out newsletters, designing marketing materials, hosting & organising client webinars, dealing.

After taking a course on Digital Marketing, I decided to do some freelance work under the brand Jewels Marketing. I would reach out to brands and use my expertise to discover ways that I could help them with their social media profiles and help boost their companies to generate new leads/customers!

Once receiving my promotion from Sales Assistant to Duty Manager I then became responsible for a long list of tasks. Firstly, building my leadership skills to make sure everyone was on target to complete all assigned tasks throughout the day. Dealing with customer complaints, taking my customer service/communication skills to a whole new level.

During this time as Sales Assistant, I was responsible for giving amazing customer service to hundreds of people a day. I processed card and cash payments quickly but remaining professional. At times I was in charge of making sure sections of the store were filled up and keeping on top of replacing the sold stock whilst also making use of spare time to.
