Chris founded and leads Qwally and the development of Qwally Business Engagement Platform as its CEO. He founded the company in 2019 to help government and support organizations work more effectively with entrepreneurs and small businesses as they navigate complex processes. Today, Qwally Platform has impacted the lives of thousands of business owners across the United States.

Oversaw annual project-portfolio budget of $1M+ spanning nine people across two project teams.Created innovative design-build approach for carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer fuselage structure, simplifying aircraft manufacturing process. Served as project manager and coordinate proposed design, analysis, and prototyping efforts with internal and external stakeholders in five domestic and international locations. Designed uniform framework to address organization-wide problem with non-standard approaches to cost analysis and data acquisition. Outlined web-based process for collecting, analyzing, and storing manufacturing cost data; assembled three-person team to develop application utilized by 40 employees.Provided tutorials, advice, and support to 50+ new and experienced engineers on analyzing manufacturing costs and performing design-build studies. Spearheaded creation of composite-manufacturing modeling and simulation roadmap by collaborating with six Technical Fellows to define approach and get approval to implement from executive management.Organized and co-convened enterprise-wide conference on composites modeling and simulation attended by 80+ Technical Fellows, subject-matter experts, and engineers. Initiated and facilitated follow-on bi-weekly modeling and simulation working group (10–30 people) that meets to exchange technical approaches and disseminate best practices.

Conducted research to implement a discrete event simulation to model Joint Strike Fighter airplane operations and maintenance in support of a campaign-level analysis & decision-making tool. Chief Engineer for the Space Architecting for Global Carbon Monitoring Grand Challenge. A collaboration with NASA JPL to quantify the uncertainty of biomass measurements from remote sensing platforms.
