In total, I have worked at INdigital, supporting our nation's 911 dispatch centers, and public safety network for more than four years. After working as a Tier I (phone support) technician for a year and a half, I was promoted to Team Lead and head of training for the National Support Operations Center. Initially, I was hired on at Bradford Scott Data Corporation (one of three vendors for the Sharetec Credit Union Management Software System) as a Conversion Analyst, where I worked with credit unions that had signed on with our software to transition their data from their previous system to ours. After working on expediting the process to build home banking apps, and automating their disaster recovery process, I was promoted to the hardware department, because of my technical skills. I then acted as Credit Union Hardware Technician for the rest of my time with BSDC. I assisted in configuration and setup of both Windows & Linux servers, PCs, Cisco and Sophos devices, and peripherals. This took me all over the United States, and even to Trinidad & Tobago. Highlights:- Built the internal disaster recovery system from scratch; automated the process from a week's worth of work, down to around 45 minutes on a Linux box.-Helped convert over 15 credit unions, in 10 different states and 2 countries to the Sharetec system.-Acted as liaison between the Hardware (IT), Conversion, and Management departments.-Provided phone support, scripting, and internal IT services.Skills: Soft sales, Linux Scripting (BASH & Python), Customer Support, Project Management
