Managed the overall operations of the inbound and outbound docks for my shift in the highest producing fulfillment center in the Amazon network.• Selected to represent my site in the Associate Alliance Program, focusing on improving employee relations through associate engagement and the coaching of site leadership. Process Management• Manage and define the requirements for the maintenance of production equipment to meet the ongoing production plan requirements for yield, uptime and throughput through coordination with the Facilities Manager.• Regular monitoring of operator and process performance, process flow, defect analysis and resolution. • Using quality and NCR data and analysis, work with cross functional teams to solve technical process and defect issues. Drive defect reduction and process improvement, as the customer of engineering support and services.Continuous Improvement• Drive continuous improvements in safety, efficiency, yield, cost, and manufacturability.• Utilize kaizen activities to generate continuous improvement projects to improve yield, up time and throughput. • Manage the company’s state training grant budget in order to facilitate continuous improvement training opportunities.

Ensured that Fabrico provides a safe work environment for all of its employees, and remains in compliance with state and federal regulations through the management of our EH&S program. Created and implemented a recurring safety training program as well as revamped the company safety committee in order to address and train for workplace safety hazards.Responsible for the implementation and management of a companywide training program which identifies training needs, provides this training, and determines its effectiveness. This included the supervision of 82 union mechanics and apprentices responsible for autonomously completing the installation of new elevators. As my Battalion's Transportation Officer, I received the Army Bronze Star medal for meritorious service and leadership for excelling in one of the most vital roles within the unit’s deployment to Iraq. Synchronized and guided the transportation requirements for wartime supplies for a 17,000+ strong parent unit in the Baghdad area of operations.During my time on active duty I also served as my Battalion’s Operations Officer as well as Transportation Platoon Leader.
