Supported Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx (NYC) and provided bilingual support to all 26 states East of the Mississippi River and Puerto Rico. Regionally-based clinical educator responsible for providing in-depth disease and product information to patients and Healthcare Professionals on rare genetic diseases and their treatments (5 Enzyme Replacement Therapies and 1 Substrate Replacement Therapy)Lead education and awareness efforts of disease state, inheritance, diagnostic and product information to patients and families through telephone communication, live/virtual patient and family meetings, and patient education programs.Accountable for maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare providers and internal cross-functional groups to facilitate and optimize patient care.Worked with cross functional partners (Case Managers, Sales, Marketing, Product Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons, Medical Science Liaisons, Thought Leader Liaisons etc.) to identify patient specific barriers and develop action plans for resolution.Collaborated with patient advocacy groups and presented at the 2022 National MPS Society conference in Nashville, TN.
