TRAC-Team builds SaaS tools that assist nascent companies in navigating the path from invention to investment through high-touch guidance, and by maximizing valuable connections between stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. TRAC-Team software provides Agencies and Portfolio Managers with a transparent, sustainable and repeatable process to evaluate and support the creation and development of winning technology companies. We serve customers charged with awarding and/or managing technology development and commercialization from Ideation through Financing and First Sales. TRAC-Team guides companies from idea to successful commercialization and financing, using industry validated tools and investor metrics to build and test the investment hypothesis. Industry experts and grant or portfolio managers validate progress metrics reported by the companies, growing confidence in reporting success measurements such as job creation, capital investment, follow-on funding, and returns. Documents created (i.e. value proposition, lean business canvas, pitch deck, progress reports) can be easily shared with potential investors on TRAC-Team or traditional angel investor platforms, and follow the company beyond the institution. TRAC-Team coordinates technology commercialization efforts into a single “living” relational database, while providing a transparent mechanism for industry experts to provide input and validate metrics such so that portfolio managers can easily evaluate progress, identify needs and allocate resources.My responsibilities include designing and developing software, overseeing product launches, fundraising, and customer acquisition and onboarding.

Our mission was to simultaneously support entrepreneurs in the growth and development of their startups; provide the resources and training to help participants become entrepreneurial leaders for life; and create durable programs that could be repeated and scaled efficiently and effectively in many settings. To accomplish this, we used an evolving set of standards for organizing and coaching highly productive and capable entrepreneurs as they developed durable new ventures.My areas of responsibility included recruiting and forging world-class entrepreneurs through documentation systems pioneered by Intel and Google, as well as defining and tracking metrics related to cohort performance. I helped build a vibrant community by engaging greater Foundry alumni through speaker series, events, and monthly project reviews which simulated board reviews for each company.

At 3PDx our mission is to decentralize diagnostic testing from central medical laboratories by putting powerful, inexpensive, and easy to operate tools in the hands of people that need them most. My areas of responsibility include software and electrical engineering development, interfacing the engineering efforts with chemistry development, quality systems development, and general financial oversight.

This year-long project provided medical device solutions and ecosystem best practices for rural health care facilities primarily in under-served, resource-poor areas. I spent the first eight months researching these "bottom of the pyramid" (BOP) markets and then devising our market entry strategy and financial model to be inclusive of locals making the businesses self-sufficient from day one.By solving BOP medical problems through profit-generating businesses, individuals involved feel empowered and raise the quality of medical care for their local communities. -Primary architect for business plan, business development and strategic direction. Managed up to seven peers during various stages of development.-Consulting with multiple KOLs within primary target market as well as performed ‘on-the-ground’ market research in Mongolia.-Assisted in prototype design and fabrication.
