CurrentLead Project Manager:• Setup and supported Integrated Property System for Contractor Licensing and financial tracking; helping to organize users.• Completed overhaul of Town website, including new event calendar, documents and forms, and social media integration. • Implemented new document management software for Town Court Department. New system will help streamline process of reviewing documents and organizing cases.• Implemented precedent-setting solutions, such as Help Desk Ticket Software, creating efficiency and accountability in tracking open IT issues.Technical Support:• Established overall goals, objectives, priorities, and action plans for both Help Desk Ticket Software and SOPHOS Anti-Virus Software, and continually assess and adjust as needed to resolve issues.• Support computer systems for all town employees.• Serve as Domain Administrator for entire environment.Policy Initiatives:• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate technical policies and updates for all Town Departments.• Research and analyze new and improved technology-management practices for all Town Departments. • Train and educate end-users through workshops, webinars, presentations, and briefings on how to best utilize technology to meet organizational goals of increased efficiency and service to residents, as well as cost-savings for the Town.• Write internal communications regarding computer, phone and technology for employees.Management Experience:• Oversee the Computer Support Technician position• Responsible for all hiring and on-boarding within the department.• Maintain and renew yearly contracts for service and maintenance• Manage Department Annual Budget of $525,000• Maintain open communication with vendors on new updates and end-user issues• Responsible for purchasing all Town Department IT requests• Hold semi-annual meetings with each Department Head to discuss projects and interests• Discuss ongoing projects with Town Board and IT Committee Chair
