- Implemented new document management software for Town Court Department. New system will help streamline process of reviewing documents and organizing cases.
- Implemented precedent-setting solutions, such as Help Desk Ticket Software, creating efficiency and accountability in tracking open IT issues.Technical Support:
- Established overall goals, objectives, priorities, and action plans for both Help Desk Ticket Software and SOPHOS Anti-Virus Software, and continually assess and adjust as needed to resolve issues.
