Led a team which developed an alliance with OpenText making The Velocity Group the preferred partner for mid-market life sciences clients. Developed a service line called Alliance Acceleration aimed at helping software companies and consulting firms grow their alliances more quickly and with higher success rates.Other go to market initiatives included building a competency in Epic/Electronic Medical Records in Healthcare and architecting a completely cloud based solution aimed at early stage clean energy companies.

Founding member of KPMG's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice, which helped clients improve their sales, marketing and customer service business functions. Moved to the UK to help launch the CRM practice in Europe. Also helped launch the Latin American CRM practice. Eventually promoted to run the practice globally, which grew to over 2000 people.Also part of the High Tech Industry leadership team. This practice became the top consulting provider to high tech companies in Silicon Valley growing to over $400 million in annual revenue by 2001.
