Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance•Responsible for management of Capital and Opex projects for the Manufacturing organization.•Created a CMO Scorecard to track financial health of our external manufacturers and provide a risk assessment to minimive exposure to supply disruptions.

Commercial Finance, Sales and Marketing•Managed $250M budget for the largest segment of the commercial business, including 60 sales and marketing departments and 250 headcount. This includes budget development, tracking and analyzing variances to forecast, preparing monthly accruals and journal entries, and reporting financial results to business partners.•Led effort to standardize and automate sales reporting and forecasting across product segments.•Significantly improved interdepartmental relations with a network of 30+ business partners, and provided training in budget management and accrual processes to enable business partners to better manage their budgets.•Integrated Oracle BI and Hyperion Essbase into the planning and reporting process during ERP implementation, overhauling models and reports to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.•Led financial analysis for wholesaler negotiations, identifying optimal strategy leading to annual savings of $5M.

Supply Chain Finance•Managed supply chain and COGS financial for Levi’s Men’s, Boy’s, and Outlet in the Americas regions. •Developed successful working relationships with corporate finance, product management, and merch groups to develop forecasts, create and recommend improvements in processes to ensure financial goals are achieved.•Performed margin and profit analysis for PM teams to help optimize sourcing strategy to minimize expenses and pricing strategies to increase profitability.•Provided support to brand finance to develop targets and review variances in COGS, and supported Controller to develop trial balance reviews.

Inventory Finance•Managed inventory reserves for Levi’s, Docker’s, and Signature, standardizing and automating the process resulting in the process being performed by 1 analyst vs 3 analysts, and time savings of 5 days during close.

Corporate FP&A and Brand Finance•Consolidated financial information for monthly operating decks and annual budget.•Lead finance representative for the PB Teen brand, managed the brand P&L including budget and 3YP development, and bimonthly forecasting for eCommerce and Catalog operations. •Provide SKU profitability, risk analysis, cost/benefit, margin analysis, and other ad-hoc analyses for senior management and business partners to help guide the brand and assess potential initiatives •Extensive use of financial applications to build SQL queries to mine data, databases to manage financial information, and financial reports to support the daily activities of the business.
