When needed, psychiatric hospitalization provides a safe environment for intensive assessment and treatment, including medications and other therapies. All admitted patients have an attending psychiatrist who works with the patient to develop an appropriate treatment plan. Being part of a general medical hospital, patients also have access to consultants from other specialties, such as Medicine and Neurology, when needed. While in the hospital, patients work with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatric nurses, mental health counselors, social workers, and occupational therapists."

Over the next 2 years Chris exchanged Christmas gifts and birthday gifts for improved lighting, sound, and production equipment; immediately seeking work opportunities everywhere he could in order to gather as much experience as possible. These initial gigs led to a sustained flow of bookings and enough success to reliably establish a brand identity and marketing strategy for his small-scale venture. At age 18, Chris took his venture with him to Gainesville, FL. While studying at the University of Florida he worked regularly on community, club, and university events; still providing high-quality private entertainment services on his own when he wasn't working collaboratively. The open, eight-bed unit provides a stabilizing alternative to hospitalization and is staffed by a master’s level clinician, clinical nurse specialist, RNs, LPNs, mental health counselors, and peer support specialists. During their 3-5 day stay, CCS clients meet daily with clinicians and have access to a variety of therapeutic programs and activities designed to facilitate recovery in a safe, supportive environment."
