This was a 4-month project completed while attending school full-time. Responsibilities included:• Audit and modify existing processes, procedures and documentation to comply with ISO9000:2008.• Train senior management and key personnel to adhere to ISO9000:2008 requirements.• Train ISO management representative and key personnel for measurement of quality objectives, continuous improvement, and auditing skills.• Offer support throughout the certification process including final audit from ISO representative.
