Coordinating the university’s policies and procedures pertaining to Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) and e-learning.

The LDS religious education program provides instruction for over 700,000 youth and young adults all over the world. As product manager for their public and internal websites I: • Established road maps for various user groups to meet their needs identified through surveys, focus groups, web analytics, card sorting activities, and user testing to create road maps for multiple user groups. • Responsible for transitioning public-facing and internal web from a single website into a network of online experiences to better meet the needs of core audiences. • Successfully implemented a content management system f0r an intranet experience that signficantly increased the user experience and availability of administrative, training and teaching resources for over 40,000 teachers and administrators.• Led an evaluation process and implementation of a learning management system to meet the specific requirements of a religious education teaching environment and facilitate daily online interactions with a teacher and other students.

As the principal at a religious school for high school aged students with disabilities my responsibilities included: • Coordinated with families, caregivers, and school personnel to teach and support over 50 students with significant disabilities and special health care needs. • Led training sessions on instructional methods, using assistive technology, and behavior management for teachers and volunteers. • Provided classroom instruction to students with disabilities to support religious education goals. In addition, I provided support for teachers in area high school and junior high religious education programs to facilitate inclusion of students with disabilities.

The Institute of Community Inclusion (ICI) is a University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and leader in providing opportunities for people with disabilities. As a Training Associate I:• Developed accessible, online learning resources and multimedia to support distance education grant projects. • Provided training to classroom teachers on the use of assistive technology to support students with disabilities.

As a special education teacher at Weber High School, I: • Managed classroom instruction and services delivery to meet the programming goals for 14 students in a life skills classroom.• Advocated for students to provide inclusive classroom and community experiences.

As a counselor at Camp Kostopulos I: • Provided a weeklong outdoor experienes for participants with disabilities including recreation, nature awareness and team building.• Attended to health and support needs of individual camp participants.
